Two forms of catnip, two jobs
The pouch is catnip to roll in. The spray is catnip for things: a scratching post the cat is ignoring, a carrier before the vet, a bed they haven't accepted. Together they cover everything a cat might want catnip for. Most people who buy one end up buying the other, which is why they come as a pair.
Both are made from the same leaf, hand-picked and air-dried at Bushwillow Estate.
How to use
- The pouch: take a pinch, crush it between your fingers and sprinkle it on a toy or in a box.
- The spray: shake, hold it about 15cm from the surface and mist two or three times. Don't spray the cat.
- Let the cat find it, and reseal the pouch. More doesn't make it stronger.
What it's for
- A gift. Choose the one-off Duo: nothing renews and nothing is signed up to.
- Your own cat. Choose the Starter Kit: the same pouch and spray, then a fresh pouch every eight weeks. Eight weeks is roughly how long a pouch stays strong, so the next one arrives as the last one fades.

Pouch: dried catnip (Nepeta cataria), leaf and flower. Spray: distilled water, catnip hydrosol (the scented water left when catnip leaf is steam-distilled).
FAQ
Can I send the Duo to someone else?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout. For a kitten under about eight months, the play set is the better gift until they're older.
Does the spray come every eight weeks too?
No. The spray is included once in the Starter Kit; only the pouch renews. A 60ml bottle lasts most people well beyond the first few pouches, and you can buy another spray on its own whenever you need it.

We email you 3 days before each renewal with the price and what's in the box, with links to skip or reschedule.
Can I pause, skip or cancel?
Yes, any time, with no fees. Skip a delivery, reschedule it, pause for a while or cancel altogether from your subscription page, or email hello@justcatnip.com and we'll take care of it.
What if my cat isn't fussed?
Some cats take a moment, so crush a few leaves first to release the aroma, or give a toy a spray, and let them find it in their own time.

Is it safe for all cats?
The pouch is 100% dried catnip leaf and flower with nothing added; the spray is distilled water and catnip hydrosol (the scented water left when catnip leaf is steam-distilled). Both are safe for kittens, but most don't react to catnip until they're around eight months old, so there's no point before then. Both are for cat use only and should be kept out of reach of children.

I got this for various toys for my cats and it’s great- they absolutely love it! It wears off after a few days but there is plenty in the bottle as only one or two spritzes are needed at any point. Would buy again.

Great value catnip. As for the quality, the fact my cat couldn't resist but break it open and roll around in it when I wasn't home when he has never done anything like it before, I think says it all! Would recommend, but perhaps put it out of reach.
Got a kitten and 1+ year old.My boy cat loves it and will happily eat a medium sized handful, it's so funny his tongue always comes out extra long when he's had some to eat. Then I have to put it away in a cupboard otherwise he'd wrip the bag open. And both of them love to roll around in it. It's a cheap but very reasonable price, for such a good product. I've tried them with some of the sprays and toys but they wasn't interested. Until I got this 1. Which reminds me. I do need to order some more. The picture is my cats after having the catnip.
I bought this for my cat since it said 100% pure catnip and found that he loved it. It's quite a strong scent and I don't recommend giving your cat bunches of it constantly. I rarely give my tabby any but the few times I have he loved to roll around in it.
