How subscriptions work
Our subscriptions are for the Catnip pouch, delivered every 8 weeks. You choose 1 pouch (one cat) or 2 pouches (two or more cats) per delivery. You can subscribe in two ways:
- Subscribe & Save: your first order is charged at the discounted first-order price, and every order after that at the ongoing subscription price.
- Starter Kit: your first order includes your Catnip pouch(es) plus one Catnip Spray at a discounted price. Every order after that contains Catnip pouch(es) only, at the ongoing subscription price. The spray is included in the first order only.
The first-order price, the ongoing price and the delivery frequency are shown on the product page and at checkout before you subscribe, and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Billing
By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your saved payment method automatically on each renewal date at the ongoing subscription price, until you cancel. UK delivery is free on every order.
Reminders
We email you about 3 days before each renewal charge, showing what's in your next order, the price and the date, with a link to manage your subscription.
Skip, pause or cancel
You can skip an order, pause or cancel your subscription at any time from the "Manage subscription" link in your emails or in the footer of our website, or by emailing hello@justcatnip.com. To stop an upcoming renewal from being charged, cancel or skip before its renewal date. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term. Cancelling stops all future orders; it does not affect orders already charged, which you can still return under our Refund policy.
Introductory offers
First-order discounts are available once per customer. You can have one active subscription at a time; to change your subscription (for example, the number of pouches), use the "Manage subscription" link rather than placing a new order.
Changes to price or terms
If we change the ongoing subscription price or these terms, we will email you at least 30 days before the change affects your subscription. You can cancel before then at no cost.
Your right to cancel
You also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your first order, as set out in our Refund policy.
