Orders go out from our UK fulfilment centre and usually arrive in 2–3 working days. You'll get a dispatch email as soon as it's on its way.

Nothing. UK delivery is free on every order and every subscription delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

The catnip pouch fits through a standard letterbox, so there's no waiting in. Larger items are delivered to your door.

Your first order of Catnip is half price at £4.99. Then it's £7.49 every 8 weeks, with free delivery every time. More than one cat? Pick 2+ cats in the buy box and we'll send 2 pouches every 8 weeks: £9.98 first, then £14.98. We email you 3 days before each renewal with the price and what's in the box, with links to skip or reschedule.

Yes, any time, with no fees. Skip a delivery, reschedule it, pause for a while or cancel altogether from your subscription page, or email hello@justcatnip.com and we'll take care of it.

Catnip, Catnip Spray and The Duo (Starter Kit orders included) come with our money-back cat guarantee. If your cat doesn't love it, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund you. No need to send it back. Email hello@justcatnip.com with your order number. Tell us what your cat made of it; it helps us.

The Chew & Chase Play Set isn't covered by the money-back cat guarantee, but you can return it unused within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email hello@justcatnip.com with your order number and we'll send you a free returns label, then refund you within 14 days of getting it back.
