Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery cost

UK delivery is free on every order, including every subscription order.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders placed on a working day are usually dispatched the same or next working day. We send orders by Royal Mail, and delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, particularly at busy times.

Subscription orders are dispatched on or shortly after each renewal date.

If your order hasn't arrived

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email hello@justcatnip.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@justcatnip.com with a photo and your order number, and we will put it right.
