Your 14-day right to cancel

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email hello@justcatnip.com with your order number within that period. We will send you a free returns label. Please return the items within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, to: Just Catnip, PO Box 81321, London, NW26 9SP.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back (or evidence that you have sent them), to your original payment method. We may reduce your refund if the value of an item has been reduced by handling beyond what is needed to check it, for example if a pouch of catnip has been opened and used — our money-back cat guarantee (below) covers that situation instead.

Money-back cat guarantee

Every catnip order (the pouch, the spray, the Duo and subscription renewals) is covered by our money-back cat guarantee. If your cat doesn't take to it, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund you. Nothing to send back. The play set is not covered by the guarantee; standard returns apply.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email hello@justcatnip.com with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund you in full, and you won't need to pay for any return. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subscriptions

You can cancel future subscription orders at any time before their renewal date — see our Subscription policy. Orders already charged and dispatched can be returned under the terms above.
