The ‘Just Catnip’ Chew and Chase Catnip Play Set is a 5-in-1 catnip set of toys with a spray bottle of catnip in distilled water. The set is 100% natural and consists of a mouse with feather tail attached to a wand by an elasticated string and three sisal toys with feathers. Even before I’ve had the chance to spray the toys my cat Rusty has been all over them and he’s now stretched out after his exhausting playtime. There’s a scratch mat inside the box lid that he hasn’t paid any attention to yet but I’m sure he will when he’s had a sleep! The packaging is strong and recyclable and compared to the price of individual catnip toys I think this set is a fun toy for cats and at a reasonable price.

This arrives in attractive packaging that would make it a great gift for any household with cats. No sooner had I opened the box than the cat had jumped inside the corrugated cardboard box and started clawing it. Rather that than the sofa!There’s a lovely wand with mouse toy, three different toys and a spray bottle of natural catnip essence. Grown in South Africa it’s pesticide free.Such sweet little toys. No garish colours, all the materials look natural and the cat is mesmerised by the catnip.A really sweet box that would make a great gift and will keep your kitty entertained.

These set arrived in a lovely looking box when you open it one side is a scratcher, it comes with cat nip spray, a wand dangling toy and three other sisal toys with feathers on the end!Both my cats love the toys straight away licking the feathers and knocking them around and when you spray some of the catnip spray on them they go crazy for them! The cardboard scratcher is good, best placed against some furniture as it’s quite lightweight so moves around the floor when being scratched.Overall this set is lovely, has a really natural feel to it and is good quality and well made, for what you are getting it’s great value for money (based on price at time of review) I would recommend it.

This set would make an ideal gift, as it is very well boxed up, the catnip bottle is a good size and easy to spray. The toys are good fun, but the best part is the mouse on the string, which is bouncy and even more entertaining with our cats with a spray of catnip! The scratch box, which is in the lining the box.

The packaging designed for this is kind of noteworthy of praise because it's fully recyclable, with the corrugated interiors and not a plastic liner in sight - I approve. The box is slightly larger than it needed on a purely functional level but it does allow the items to be lined up and neatly presented inside so it would made a decent gift for someone with a new kitten in my opinion because its so well presented. The cat showed interest as soon as the box arrived and had good fun with the toys.

I have 3 cats who all like different types of toys. It is difficult to find something that they all like. This set though had several types of toys, a fishing rod, a ball and toys with feathers on. The box is also a scratch mat. It comes with a catnip spray to use on the toys.As you can see from the photos, one of my cats absolutely loved the box, even though he didn't fit in it properly and eventually broke the box.My cats were very enthusiastic about these toys, one of them managed to bite the feathers off of one of the toys, even though they are securely stuck to the toys, he just chewed them off halfway through the feathers.The same cat is crazy about the cat nip spray and as soon as he sees it he waits for me to spray a toy for him. I have never used cat nip spray before and I am very impressed with it. I have been using it for 2 months now and there is still loads left.At the current price of £8.95 this is excellent value for money. I highly recommend it, my cats love it. I will definitely be buying it again.

Very good set.The lid of the box is a built in scratchpad, my cat loves to sit in it and tries to lay in it like he is doing now but it is quite narrow.Large 60ml bottle of catnip which is great as i had run out , cat also loves this. And a few feathered toys and a jingly mouse on a stick which can be sprayed with the catnip.

Unfortunately there is a ‘but’. After a few days of playing with it the elastic has come away from the little mouse. I’ve tied the elastic through the ear loops so it still works but I was a bit annoyed but only after a few days are already broken. Please see my last picture.For this reason I’ll have to give it a 4 out of 5. But for the actual products themselves they seem to be good, the cats love the catnip spray and the scratch mat and I like how natural the toys are.But still for this sale price I would still recommend them.Thank you for reading my review I hope it was helpful 👍🏼

My cats are elderly and don’t seem that interested in playing. Catnip does help, and I bought this set mainly for the catnip. But the cats just love the toys, which make just the right amount of wiggle and noise. A bit of extra catnip spray once on a while, and they’re playful little kittens again. And that they’re all-natural toys makes me happy. Great buy

I only review purchases which have greatly exceeded my expectations, and those which have been appalling, and I'm delighted to say that this purchase is exceptional. I wasn't actually looking for cat toys: I wanted some catnip spray, and purchased this item because the whole thing was approximately the same price as a bottle of catnip spray. Ironically, my cat has been so excited by the toys that I haven't even bothered to spray them with the catnip spray. This set would be the perfect gift for someone who has recently adopted a new kitten or cat: it is absolutely gorgeously packaged, and unlike most horrid plastic cat toys, these are extremely attractive. The addition of a scratchpad in the base of the box is a lovely, practical idea, and I would gladly have paid £20 or more: it is exceptional value. I've seen nasty plastic cat teaser toys at my local pet supplies store for £6.99. If you're looking for a really lovely gift for someone's cat or for your own, I don't think you could do better than this lovely set.

There was a lot of purrring and chasing with this set and makes for lovely playtime especially for indoor cats. Fantastic set overall so would be happy to recommend.

Well as soon as I opened the box and sprayed a bit of the cat nip spray enclosed my cat was sat scratching the cardboard. Included in the kit is a cardboard scratch pad, a large bottle of cat nip and 3 cat tops all made of twine and feathers. He continued to sleep in the cardboard, not that he fit as it is quite small and longer in length than width.Would definitely buy a replacement of this product and recommend them to friends with fur babies.

I love how eco friendly these cat toys are, they are great and very detailed. I was excited about the cat scratch pad but unfortunately my cat really wasn’t interested in it. The only guy he liked was the mouse in the string but it’s now his favourite toy and has been for a while which is good. Overall quality is very good and very durable. Not cheap plastic.

We have 2 cats and both of them are really fussy when it comes to catnip and only lie a particular brand so I wasn't hopeful that they would react to this catnip spray. I am so happy that they went mad for it!! What a great idea having it in a spray, less mess with the traditional green foliage scattered all over the floor, but also works really well when trying to introduce say a new blanket or bed to your cat.The presentation of this is wonderful, it would make a great gift to a cat owner. The toy that comes inside is also very good quality and the cats love all of them, especially the woven balls.Very happy and highly recommend this product!

For £8.99, only getting 5 items seems like a bit of a rip-off.My two girls will strongly disagree!Firstly, the box lid has one of those cardboard scratch pads in it. If you have not yet tried one of these with your moggy, then you are missing out! Quite what they see in them, I do not get. But my two girls actually fight over getting in for a scratch!The toys are well made. The only exception was the wand, my Ziva managed to rip the mouse off the wand within the first 2 minutes. A little glue and a staple repaired it though.The catnip spray is a good addition if you have cats that can be unsure of new things. Or if you just want to watch them go nuts! One spritz and they are rolling around on the floor like someone poked a firecracker up them.A very worthwhile product for cats.

Love this set. I think someone gave us one when my cat was a kitten and we loved it then but gradually things have become lost. Everything feels really sturdy and cat safe, the mouse on the end of elastic on a stick is a big hit and I like that it's not too noisy, jingly or squeaking as that seems to annoy the cat just as much as me.The packaging serves as a little scratching board which is cool and my cat was surprisingly thrilled with it considering all the other scratching things she has. The extra bits are good for spraying a little cat nip on when she's bored. The cat nip that comes with it was a big hit too. All in all a brilliant little set. Would make a lovely present for someone with a new cat/kitten.

Blinking heck! This box of toys is a big hit with Tigs The Catand no mistake. A big plus before we get to the main event :the packaging, with the exception of the catnip spray, seems tobe relatively plastic free, so the company who made it are doing theirlittle bit for the planet. Thumbs up for that! The box contains four toys :a ball, a small cylinder, and a mousey, made of rope woundaround a core whose material cannot be discerned withoutripping them apart and I'm disinclined to go down that route.The fourth toy is another mousey, this time made of fabricand attached to a wooden stick by an elasticated string with the addedattraction of a small tinkly bell . All four toys have a feather attached.There is also a corrugated cardboard scratch mat located in thebottom of the box. I did the wrong thing and pulled it out (it wasglued in and clearly, in retrospect, was supposed to remain attached!Mea Culpa!!) It is however a big hit with Tigs who has been skiddingand sliding around the floor with his front paws on it like a miniaturemanic feline skateboarder!.A couple of squirts of the catnip potion on the toys and Tigs' innerdemon was summoned and released! Crazy cat was happy as Larry!!This would make a great gift for cat lovers (and their cats!)I love it and Tigs does too!

I got this for our cats as they really enjoy catnip but have never used a spray before so wasn't sure how it would go, the toys are sturdy and well made and the stick is wooden instead of the usual plastic so I really liked these. The spray worked really well and all 3 cats loved it even though they are 12 and 13 years old. We sprayed the toys with it and it had the desired effect, they even carried some toys outside and rolled around with them in the garden (very funny to watch) there is a scratch board inside the lid and they used this a few times and I liked that it is eco-friendly so can recycle when it's finished with. Recommended

When I opened the box and found that the catnip was a spray rather than the dried herb, I was expecting to be disappointed - but it's great!All previous attempts with catnip sprays have been a waste of money for me - they've never worked with any of our 4 cats previously. This makes them go crazy immediately - they love it.You get some decent toys and a wand, but also the scratchbox - all well made and well presented.I think it's priced about right to give decent value for money for the quality of the items.
